Well, I cou...God....I could have written that post. Well, I couldn't because it was extremely clear and succinct and I would have waffled round a lot more. But I identify with the sentiment. <br /><br />I'm in the daily weigh camp for the reasons outlined but I do recognise that it's a lot easier to hide from the fact that you're not following the rules when you weigh every day. When you dont know how you're doing, the only thing you can control is what you eat so you might be stricter on yourself.....or uou might just go off the rails altogether....?? <br /><br />It's a toughie.
