I don't officially detox - I just aim to eat less processed crap and make much more of my meals from scratch, and I definitely feel the benefit when I work like that. For a start, I find I get far more food for my points, and for a second things I'm clearly eating less salt and processed chemicals like MSG as I feel less sluggish and the scales stop pinging round all over the place. Bet you everything will taste amazing by the end of 5 days - I always feel like my tastebuds come alive again and even simple stuff tastes amazing! Have fun ;o)starfish264https://www.blogger.com/profile/14024515361050828981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1023481322800300149.post-81786172659688108302010-08-02T15:01:30.674+01:002010-08-02T15:01:30.674+01:00Good luck, longest I have ever lasted on a detox i...Good luck, longest I have ever lasted on a detox is around 3 hours :) My body rebels!

xLinz Mhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15550977897988384626noreply@blogger.com
